The Bellevue Medical Center provides one times the annual salary ($10,000 for parttime) at no cost. The option to buy additional coverage for employee and dependents is available.
Coverage is available for 60 percent or 66 2/3 percent of salary as a disability benefit received after a 90 day qualifying period.
